Get Involved
Give time, give money, or give access. All three are needed, and none of them is small.
Become a Mentor
One hour a week, for a school year. That is the whole ask. You do not need to be a teacher, hold a degree, or have your own life figured out. You need to be reliable and willing to listen.
- Full training and safeguarding clearance provided
- A named coordinator who supports you throughout
- Monthly mentor sessions to share what is working
- One hour a week, term-time, in person or online
What mentors say
“I assumed I would be the one giving. Turns out the hour is the best part of my week.”
— Marcus, mentor“The training was better than anything I got in my corporate job.”

Partner With Us
Employers, schools and community organisations each hold a door our participants cannot open alone. You bring the door; we prepare someone ready to walk through it.
What partnership looks like
- Employers: host a paid intern, run a mock interview day, or speak at a showcase
- Schools: refer students directly and co-host a programme site
- Community groups: bring your local knowledge and we bring capacity
- Funders: multi-year support lets us plan in five-year cycles
Host an Intern
Eight paid weeks, one young person, real work. We handle matching and support.
Fund a Cohort
Sponsor a programme track and meet the people it changes.
Share Expertise
Teach one workshop in your field. Two hours, enormous impact.
Not up for a weekly commitment?

Fundraise for us

Spread the word
