How quickly do you reply?
Within two working days for general enquiries, and same-day for safeguarding or urgent welfare concerns phoned through to the main line.
Can a parent or carer enquire on someone's behalf?
Yes, and it is common. For anyone under 16 we will ask for a carer to be involved in the first conversation.
Prefer to give your time instead?
Mentors are the single biggest limit on how many young people we can reach.
